Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase date in original packaging and must be unused. All returns must have a Return Authorization Form. Please email or call us for a Return Authorization.
We reserve the right to reject a return without a Return Authorization.
Merchandise and taxes will be fully refunded. Shipping costs and handling fees will not be refunded.
A refund will be issued in the same method of the original payment.
Please note that we may request you to email/send us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) unless the item has a manufacturing defect or damaged by delivery.
Customers must submit a Return Authorization Form, print and attach with the returned item.
